Aeroklub Nové Zámky was established as a voluntary association of citizens in accordance with Act No. 83/1990 On the voluntary association of citizens who perform hobby and sports activities. Members of the Nové Zámky Aeroclub are dedicated to non-motorized and motorized flying. The Nové Zámky Aeroclub, as a basic organizational article, is part of the SNA - the Slovak National Aeroclub of General M. R. Štefánik, based in Žilina. SNA is also a member of the Federation Aeronautique Internationale (FAI) based in Lausanne (Switzerland).
